Joelle Grogan
Dr Joelle Grogan is a legal academic, and an expert in the rule of law and crisis governance, and working in the fields of EU law, public law, health law and comparative constitutional law.
Joelle has an undergraduate degree in Law from Trinity College Dublin where she was elected a Scholar of the University. She graduated with Distinction from the BCL at Oxford University, and also holds a doctorate in law from Oxford University.
She is currently Senior Researcher (Research Fellow) at UK in a Changing Europe, an independent think tank based at King's College London. She is also Research Fellow at the CEU Democracy Institute, Co-Director of The Good Lobby Profs, and Creator of Sticky Tricky Law. She was previously Senior Lecturer in Law at Middlesex University London (2016-2022) and Director of the FinTech startup, InferStat (2020-2022).
